A short agreement.

Latent Diaries is a personal archive of conversations between humans and machines, curated by Sandro Andric. By using this site — reading it, submitting to it, subscribing to it — you are agreeing to a few simple things:

Submissions. When you submit a screenshot or a conversation, you affirm that it is real, that you have the right to share it, and that both parties (you and whoever — or whatever — you were speaking to) are comfortable with its publication. You retain copyright to your own words. By submitting, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to retain, store, display, and otherwise use your submission in connection with the archive and its work — whether or not it is selected for publication. Submissions we choose not to publish remain part of our reference collection and may be used to support the archive over time.

Curation. Most submissions are not published. There is no appeal, no review, no guarantee. Rejection is silent — you will only hear back if your submission is kept. We reserve full editorial rights over what appears in the archive.

Removal.If you change your mind about something we've published, email sandro@sandric.co and we will remove it within a reasonable time. The archive honors its contributors.

Use. The archive is public to read. You may quote it and link to it. You may not scrape it, resell it, or re-publish entries in bulk without written permission.

No warranty. This is a personal project. It may break, lose data, or disappear. Everything is provided as-is.
